Hey Guys and gals. You'll have plenty to cuss about this year! I know I will! It's election year after all!! If you don't cuss something is wrong with you and you need to get your head examined!! lol!!! Especially with some of the candidates in the running!

WHAT DID I TELL YOU!!!! Read my first post on this subject!! It's coming to pass!!! The tough people of Arizona took the first step to control the border and protect it's citizens!!! I posted my prediction in 2007 and I said Either Texas or Arizona would lead the way to handle the illegal immigration problems themselves if the Federal Government didn't start enforcing the laws!!! I would have put money on Texas, but Arizona beat 'em to it!!!
Let's see what happens next with the courts and the propaganda that people will be racially profiled. We see the law states that only if they are in lawful contact can they be asked of citizenship. It's not racially based!

Hey MsBetty, it's been awhile! While I say that yes, California people did pass that law, Californians allowed the politicians to dictate to you about what THEY want and to not uphold the law. Arizona people made the politicians pass the law and are serious about enforcing it. As far as I can see it'll pass constitutional muster and was well thought out. You can't just walk up to someone because of their race and ask for papers. You have to be in lawful contact and be stopped for a violation of law or crime and if there is reasonable suspicion as to their legal status they can be asked for immigration status. The difference between California and Arizona is they are serious about enforcing the law and will fight to keep their law. No offense to the people of California because it isn't the people who don't want to do something about it, it's the politically correct politicians and groups who intimidate them. Yet, I wonder, isn't it the California people who keep electing these politicians? It didn't help that your Governer made a joke that he didn't want to go to Arizona because he might be deported to Austria!!! Also California wants to cut business ties to Arizona because of a law about about fighting illegal immigrants in our country. Really, how serious were Califonians about taking a stand on this issue? Arizona to me will stand up to the Federal government and opponents and came out with a well conceived constitutionally sound law and is saying to the Fed Gov, DO YOUR JOB OR WE'LL START DOING IT OURSELVES!!!
