The William Johnstone website and bookstore are maintained by the Johnstone family. Most often you will encounter Jo directly but when she is unavailable you may hear from  Jo's sister, Mary, Don or Carissa.

Bookstore Operating Schedule:

We accept telephone calls Tuesday through Friday, 9:00am to 3:30pm CST. We are closed on weekends and most major public holidays. Please refer to our main Facebook Page for any other special events that may be happening throughout the year.  Also check-out our Fan Johnstone Page.

ORDERING & SHIPPING

Orders:

Orders shipped within 24 hours excluding weekends and holidays. 

General shipping times for Media Mail shipments through the USPS is 2-9 days.  You will have several options of shipping upon check-out. 

We do not sell to known resellers, distributors, retailers or wholesalers.

Shipping:

Domestic and International Shipping charges are calculated using a program integrated with our shopping cart and the United States Postal Service website.  You will have several choices of shipping methods to choose from with a comparison of charges displayed on the check-out page.

RETURN POLICY

Orders are not normally accepted for return unless defective.  Should a book be defective in some way, we will gladly replace it. 

You must receive authorization prior to returning any product by calling our office.  All returns must be made within 14 days of your purchase and the book must be in original condition (no creases in the spine, pages torn, water stains...etc.). A copy of the original invoice must accompany the return of the book. Failure to provide this copy will result in an unprocessed return.

Should an order be damaged in transit, please contact the delivery carrier.  Any refunds will be less shipping charges and there is a $3.25 re-stocking fee per book. Returns should be sent to:
